　MonolakeやPorter Ricks 、釣哲生 aka Matrixらの作品でも知られるMark Ernestus + Moritz von Oswald主宰「Basic Channel」のオフシュート「Chain Reaction」から2001年にデビュー作を発表し、暫しのブランクを挟んで2014年からはDEMDIKE STARE（Miles Whittaker + Sean Canty）主宰「DDS」から多くの作品を発表してきたShinichi Atobeが、プライベート・レーベル「Plastic & Sounds」をローンチ。

　第1作は、7月25日（金）発売の12"ヴァイナル『A.Whispers into the Void | AA.Fleeting_637』（P&S001）。マスタリング / カッティングは過去のAtobe作品も手掛けているRashad Becker（ドイツ・ベルリン Clunk）が担当。収録曲「Whispers into the Void」は、同日より各プラットフォームでの配信も開始されています。
