パーカッショニスト・Bonjo Iyabinghi Noah aka Bonjo-Iとプロデューサー・Adrian Sherwood（On-U Sound）を中心に結成され、ASWAD、CREATION REBEL、DUB SYNDICATE、NEW AGE STEPPERS、PLAYGROUP、PUBLIC IMAGE LIMITED、RIP RIG & PANIC、TACKHEADなどの面々も参加した80sサイケデリック / エクスペリメンタル・ダブ集団・AFRICAN HEAD CHARGEが、2016年発売の『Environmental Holes & Drastic Tracks 1981-1986』に続くアンソロジーCDボックスの第2弾『Drumming Is A Language 1990-2011』をリリース。日本では3月6日（金）からの販売が決定しています。
5CDのボックスには、“後期”作品にあたる『Songs of Praise』（1990）、『In Pursuit of Shashamane Land』（1993）、『Vision of A Psychedelic Africa』（2005）、『Voodoo of the Godsent』（2011）の4タイトルがそれぞれレア・トラック追加のエクスパンデッド・エディションとして収められるほか、『Songs of Praise』『In Pursuit of Shashamane Land』制作時の未発表ヴァージョンをオリジナル・テープから起こした音源集『Churchical Chant of the Iyabinghi』もイン。90s AFRICAN HEAD CHARGEの決定版アイテムとなっています。
なお各ディスクは、単体のヴァイナルも同日発売。『Vision of A Psychedelic Africa』『Voodoo of the Godsent』は初のアナログ化です。
